About the role

  • This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company's locations: Troubadour Golf & Field Club set outside of Nashville, TN.
  • Troubadour Golf & Field Club is seeking a Events Associate to join the Events Department.

Responsibilities

  • Draft Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), maintain floor plans, manage event app (e.g., Pacesetter) updates, and handle invoice tracking.
  • Partner with Culinary, Golf, Facilities, and external vendors to deliver seamless event timelines.
  • Managing vendor relationships, sourcing partners, and building operational materials like event manuals, orders, and inventories
  • Confident managing, scheduling, and training staff to deliver consistent excellence

Nice to have

  • 2+ years in a luxury club, hotel, or resort environment (experience with Forbes standards preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred-or a combination of relevant experience and training
