About the role
- We're hiring a Residential Supervisor to oversee assigned homes and staff.
- This position also provides direct care and participates in on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support residential staff
- Provide ongoing direct care, including personal care and safety support
- Promote and support meaningful, person-centered lifestyles
- Complete documentation accurately and maintain program compliance
Requirements
- FLS Certification required within 12 months of hire
Nice to have
- Ensure the home meets all regulatory standards and remains clean and safe
- Transport and accompany individuals to appointments
- complete follow-up as needed
- Participate in the on-call rotation during evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills required
- Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of good driving and meeting agency eligibility criteria
