About the role
- Mileage reimbursement provided for work-related errands.
Responsibilities
- Take initiative, anticipate needs, and manage responsibilities independently without requiring frequent direction or reminders
- audit broken or outgrown toys, rotate toys, manage baby gear Periodic wall spot-cleaning and touch-ups Vehicle Upkeep Assist with scheduling regular maintenance for family vehicles Coordinate car washes and interior organization of vehicles on a regular cadence

- We're seeking an experienced professional who can step into an already well-functioning home, quickly learn and maintain our systems, and take ownership of the details that keep daily life running seamlessly.
- You read situations well, communicate thoughtfully and understand the importance of discretion, professionalism and building rapport within a family environment.
- Your interactions with children are intentional - you choose your words carefully, are mindful of the environment you're helping to create, and support their development with warmth and patience.
Nice to have
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.

Compensation
- $40-$47 per hour, based on experience.
