The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating.
Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.

7 or more years of experience with strategic planning, product coordination or product management.
Strong knowledge of digital programs at an enterprise level
Experience working within large, complex organizational environments
Strong proficiency with Agile tools, including Jira, Confluence, Digital.ai, or comparable technologies
Background or familiarity with the financial services and insurance industry (preferred)
This job does not have supervisory duties and is an individual contributor role.

Compensation offered for this role is 110,000.00 - 181,025.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
This policy applies to all aspects of the employment relationship, including, but not limited to, hiring, training, salary administration, promotion, job assignment, benefits, discipline, and separation of employment.
