About the role

  • Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire.
  • Additionally, guide and assist individuals in gaining access to services, monitor service delivery, evaluate outcomes and the continued need for services.
  • Facilitate services to meet the individualized needs of clients by working in a cross-collaborative effort with multiple service entities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, program design, monitoring and supervision.
  • Act as clinical leader and develop a treatment plan at ITMs.
  • Develop a 24-hour crisis plan.
  • Behavior Analyst / BCBA will support families throughout Chester County, PA Behavior Analyst / BCBA may work school, after-school or early evening hours depending on program needs

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - active Demonstrated work experience with children with

Compensation

  • $89,000-$100,000 (based on years of experience as a BCBA) (based on years of experience as a BCBA after BCBA certification) Full-time 12 month position, generous PTO accrual and paid holidays PAID CREDENTIALS -
