About the role
- Blackbird Health is looking for an Adolescent Addiction Therapist to join our team.
- This is a hybrid role out of any of our current PA clinic locations.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual evidence-based therapy to adolescents, and young adults (ages 10-26), building strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress
- Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support
- Collaborate with other specialty providers
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records
- Development: Ongoing clinical support and professional development
Requirements
- Skilled in facilitating both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions with strong technical proficiency (Google Suite, EMR systems, virtual platforms)
Compensation
- $50,000 - $100,000 USD
