Responsibilities
- managing a team that supports Open Enrollment requests to support Enterprise National Accounts, Oklahoma, and Illinois/Texas local/mid markets.
- Self-starter able to develop and maintain focus on strategic marketing objectives.
Requirements
- Required Job Qualifications
- Process minded, ability to think about people, process, and technology to gain efficiencies in the Proposal Management process, leveraging data and insights.
- Knowledge of proposal development methodologies/trends,
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing Communications, or English.
- Knowledge of HCSC product offerings, competitors' capabilities, and the BCBS System.

Skills
- 7 years experience in leadership, communications, and management skills.
- Interpersonal, negotiation and engaging communication skills for all levels within the organization including senior leadership.
Compensation
- The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience.
- This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
- $146,700.00 - $272,400.00
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
- Base Pay Range
- Overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs.
