About the role

  • Mom's Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is in hyper-growth mode.
  • The Customer Service Representative serves as the front line to our customers placing meal orders.
  • This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order.

Responsibilities

  • For over 25 years, we've provided seniors, patients recovering post-discharge, and those managing chronic conditions with tailored nutrition solutions that support individual and unique needs.

Requirements

  • Required Skills and Experience
  • High school degree or GED
  • Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
  • Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

Company info

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order
  • Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
  • Document all conversations with client into client information database
  • Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
  • Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
  • Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
  • 1 year of previous call center experience
