Responsibilities

  • Drive a culture of safety leadership and accountability across the Division by implementing ITW's enterprise safety framework, collaborating with site teams to embed best practices into daily operations.
  • Lead incident management and risk assessment efforts across our Division, ensuring thorough investigations, corrective actions, sharing of best practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote, support and adhere to all safety and quality related policies and procedures.
  • Are a natural collaborator and communicator, able to engage with people at all levels to build trust and drive alignment.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, best practices, and performance metrics, with the ability to integrate them into operational strategies.
  • Ability to travel 25% SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to balance compliance, operational efficiency, and cultural change.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering) with significant experience in safety leadership.
  • Proven experience in managing health and safety programs, ensuring compliance, risk reduction, and a strong safety culture across multiple sites.
  • Experience developing and tracking key health and safety performance indicators, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Compensation Information: The salary for this role is $90,000-$110,000.
  • This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
  • We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
  • This salary range may also be modified in the future.

  • The salary for this role is $90,000-$110,000.
