Job Description: COMPANY DESCRIPTION: ITW Performance Polymers is a Division within ITW's Polymers & Fluids segment with headquarters in Massachusetts with additional operations in Pennsylvania, Florida, and Shannon, Ireland.
These high-quality, differentiated solutions are widely used in markets including wind, transportation, marine, electronics, mining, petrochemical, and other industrial OEM & MRO applications.
SUMMARY: Our EHS team plays an important role in our business operations and EHS success.

Drive a culture of safety leadership and accountability across the Division by implementing ITW's enterprise safety framework, collaborating with site teams to embed best practices into daily operations.
Lead incident management and risk assessment efforts across our Division, ensuring thorough investigations, corrective actions, sharing of best practices, and continuous improvement.
Promote, support and adhere to all safety and quality related policies and procedures.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations, best practices, and performance metrics, with the ability to integrate them into operational strategies.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering) with significant experience in safety leadership.
Proven experience in managing health and safety programs, ensuring compliance, risk reduction, and a strong safety culture across multiple sites.
Experience developing and tracking key health and safety performance indicators, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Compensation Information: The salary for this role is $90,000-$110,000.
This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
This salary range may also be modified in the future.
