Develop relationships with summer assigned staff and leadership of school season groups.
Host school season groups with proactive communication, troubleshooting, program and ride support.
Manage with integrity the finances, people, buildings and equipment that have been entrusted to our ministry through the guest services department.
Develop and equip interns and volunteers to participate in comprehensive stewardship of the guest services department.
Support a culture of safety for all guests, staff, volunteers and visitors at camp.
Maintain and care for supplies and equipment within areas of responsibility, including purchasing in a cost-effective manner.

and (b) subscribe to the statements and policies required of all Young Life staff, including the Young Life Statement of Faith.
(i) be ready, willing and able to fulfill such ministry functions as may be required by the organization
BA/BS degree or equivalent life experience
Ability to communicate a sense of warmth, hospitality, and concern for all guests, vendors and staff
Staff must be able to convey a sense of Christ-like hospitality and concern for guests and staff.
Demonstrate understanding of Young Life ministry, strategy and mission
Spiritual maturity
Self-starter who takes initiative
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and manage time
Physical ability to perform duties of Challenge Course Operator

With direction from supervisor, develop an annual personal spiritual growth plan.

Grocery shopping, medical appointments, and other errands take more effort.
Education options include distance charter or homeschool.
No traditional options of a classroom education are available if families live on-site.

Hiring contingent on applicant's ability to work in Canada, either as a US citizen with work permit or as a Canadian citizen
