About the role

Theatre Managers work to ensure that Company policies, procedures, and standards are all being followed across the venue.
In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Maintaining the seamless operation of all Amusement, Food and Beverage, Guest Service and Retail operations within the venue.
Being responsible for executing Groups & Events within venue.

Manage theatre budget, grow revenue, and initiate projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex's reputation as Canada's #1 premier film exhibition company.

This role may be a perfect fit for you if: You have experience in a similar environment.
You have strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
You have schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
You can analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
You have demonstrated the ability to lead a team during high volume business periods in multiple departments.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities, attend to employee's development while continuing to meet financial targets and reporting responsibilities.
You are comfortable building and maintaining relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, employees, and guests.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
