Requirements

- Provides real-time coaching and feedback to team members.
- Monitors team pipeline and identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Shares insights and strategies to help team members overcome objections and close more loans.
- Promotes a positive, high-energy team culture aligned with Newrez values.
- Serves as a liaison between originators and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Assists with onboarding and mentoring new team members.
- Participates in leadership meetings and contributes to strategic planning.
Compensation
- for this position may also include other elements, including medical, financial, various paid time off benefits, and a bonus based on individual and company performance, variable or annual.
- 15,080.00 - 60,000.00
