About the role
- DESCRIPTION: Join Unity Lab Services as a Team Leader managing operations at customer facilities.
- Responsible for complete employee lifecycle management: new hire selection, identification of training needs and solutions, coordinating development training, and employee performance evaluations.
Responsibilities
- order/stockroom/dock management, procurement, material handling, chemical tracking, media/reagent preparation, and cell culture support operations.
- This role oversees personal who support manufacturing duties under the direct supervision of research staff and ULS management in a team environment.
- The candidate will routinely perform moderate to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedures, operating guidelines, instructions, and departmental policies.

Requirements
- Regularly required to lift 30 - 40lbs, and up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Regularly required to stand, walk and conduct manual material handling (twisting, bending, reaching, lifting, etc.) for prolonged periods.

Compensation
- and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $59,400.00-$89,100.00.
- This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
