Performs departmental administrative support tasks, such as scanning and attaching documents.
Reviews and draft documents, agreements and contracts.
Conducts research and creates reports on various projects
Assist in the creation and editing of the design and layout of print and electronic marketing materials, including brochures, direct mail pieces, advertisements, stationery, and newsletters.
Ensures the quality and accuracy of marketing materials by carefully reviewing own work and adhering to the correct use of established brand standards.
Work collaboratively with members of Communications & Graphic Design team to ensure deadlines are met consistently.

Must be currently enrolled as a full time college student pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
Communicating is required over two-thirds of the day, while climbing, stooping, or crawling is minimal.
Education/Experience:
Finance: At least six months experience in an administrative environment preferred. Must be currently enrolled as a full time college student pursuing a degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Legal: At least six months experience in an administrative environment preferred. Must have juris doctorate degree or be currently enrolled in juris doctorate degree program.
Workforce Development, BI, & Operations: At least six months experience in an administrative environment preferred. Must be currently enrolled as a full time college student.
Population Health: At least six months experience in an administrative environment preferred. Must be currently enrolled as a full time college student.
Graphic Design: At least six months experience working with major graphic arts applications including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Acrobat. Must be currently enrolled as a full time college student pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.

At least six months experience in an administrative environment preferred.
Must have juris doctorate degree or be currently enrolled in juris doctorate degree program.
Must be currently enrolled as a full time college student.
