Responsibilities

  • Performs departmental administrative support tasks, such as scanning and attaching documents.
  • Reviews and draft documents, agreements and contracts.
  • Conducts research and creates reports on various projects
  • Assist in the creation and editing of the design and layout of print and electronic marketing materials, including brochures, direct mail pieces, advertisements, stationery, and newsletters.
  • Ensures the quality and accuracy of marketing materials by carefully reviewing own work and adhering to the correct use of established brand standards.
  • Work collaboratively with members of Communications & Graphic Design team to ensure deadlines are met consistently.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled as a full time college student pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Communicating is required over two-thirds of the day, while climbing, stooping, or crawling is minimal.
  • Education/Experience:
  • Finance: At least six months experience in an administrative environment preferred. Must be currently enrolled as a full time college student pursuing a degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Legal: At least six months experience in an administrative environment preferred. Must have juris doctorate degree or be currently enrolled in juris doctorate degree program.
  • Workforce Development, BI, & Operations: At least six months experience in an administrative environment preferred. Must be currently enrolled as a full time college student.
  • Population Health: At least six months experience in an administrative environment preferred. Must be currently enrolled as a full time college student.
  • Graphic Design: At least six months experience working with major graphic arts applications including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Acrobat. Must be currently enrolled as a full time college student pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.

Nice to have

  • At least six months experience in an administrative environment preferred.
  • Must have juris doctorate degree or be currently enrolled in juris doctorate degree program.
  • Must be currently enrolled as a full time college student.
