Responsibilities
- Deliver a compassionate, professional, and patient-centered experience during every interaction.
- Adapt to evolving workflows and support new clinical programs as they are introduced.
- Collaborate with providers and internal teams to support patient care, including medication questions, side effects, dosing, and general treatment support.
- Document patient interactions accurately and efficiently in internal systems.

- You'll play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey while partnering with providers and internal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with EMR, CRM, or ticketing systems Preferred availability for a Thursday-Monday schedule Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Compensation
