About the role
- As the Shift Supervisor, Weekend Nights, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient production of high-quality isotopes.
- The salary for this position is expected to range between $85,400 and $158,600 per year.
- The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
Responsibilities
- Lead shop floor meetings and adjust schedules and staffing to support manufacturing operations.
- Maintain an audit-ready manufacturing environment through compliance, housekeeping, and inspection preparedness.
- Provide daily on-floor leadership, coaching, and support to direct reports and production teams.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare operational reports, communicate performance results, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to drive quality, process improvement, and manufacturing performance objectives.
Requirements
- Oversee associate training, development, performance management, and ongoing compliance with required curricula.
- Bachelor's degree required, or 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with Operational Excellence, project management, product or process development, or regulatory activities.
Nice to have
- 3 to 5 years of cGMP manufacturing experience
- Radioligand Therapy experience preferred.
Compensation
- $85,400.00 - $158,600.00
- The salary for this position is expected to range between $85,400 and $158,600 per year.
