About the role
- Understanding our clients - anticipating their current and future needs
- Keeping pulse of changing industry and regulatory dynamics that impact U.S. Tax in partnership with tax domain experts, legal and compliance
- Setting the pace, prioritization and execution delivery in partnership with engineering
Responsibilities
- Build, coach and lead a team of product managers and cross-functional tribes, setting them up to the best work of their careers
- Develop product craft and culture, raise the performance bar and ensure strategic coherence across initiatives
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for US Tax capabilities, aligned to the broader Solutions portfolio
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, QA) to identify and build the right solutions that enable our clients and business to thrive
- Develop prototypes and concepts to test and validate ideas for desirability, feasibility and viability
- Own backlog prioritisation and make trade-offs between scope, speed, and complexity
- Partner with commercial and GTM teams to support product adoption, positioning, and revenue growth

Requirements
- 8-12+ years of progressive product experience with 3+ years leading and developing other PMs
- track record of stretching senior ICs and helping them grow
- Proven experience owning a product area or domain, with accountability for roadmap definition and delivery
- Ability to work effectively with domain experts (e.g. Tax SMEs) to translate complex requirements into product solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in ambiguous or evolving environments
- Hands-on experience shipping AI-native product experiences (LLM-powered, agentic, conversational, or workflow automation)
- Ability to incorporate customer insight and market feedback into roadmap decisions
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders (e.g. Senior Directors, Engineering leaders to align on strategy, secure investment and unblock execution

Compensation
- $175,000 - $250,000 plus bonus
