About the role
- You will be a Machine Operator level 1 on 1st shift.
- You will report to the prodcution supervisor.
- You will work full time working onsite in Cambridge, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Perform finishing and preparation activities, including manual washing, deburring, grinding, buffing, and applying finishing materials.
- Process work orders and document production activities, quality checks, and labour reporting using SAP and FactoryTalk ProductionCentre (FTPC).

- Mechanical and technical skills
- Blueprint reading
- Reading and understanding written instructions, i.e., CSPs and DWIs
- Use a computer to view, log, and find appropriate job-related information, i.e., SAP, FTPC
- Work with business system computer software and machinery
- Work in a team environment
- Use manual tools and, power tools and machinery
- Re-Tooling/Component Handling
- EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION:
- Level 1: Entry Level, High School Education/GED
- None required

Compensation
- For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from 39,120.00 - 58,680.00 CAD Annual with an annual target bonus of 4% of base salary.
