About the role

Primarily responsibility for receiving and accessioning specimens, handling specimen documentation, and data entry of requisitions.
They are also responsible for keeping the lab in a clean and orderly condition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the same tasks as Senior SP in addition to the following.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
4-5 years of accessioning experience and/or in a lab setting
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to navigate efficiently through, or have familiarity with, various Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and have proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint).
Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
Excellent teamwork and collaborations skills
Ability to work independently
