About the role
- The candidate must reside within the continental US.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues while optimizing application performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- This role will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting mission-critical business processes.
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and declarative platform capabilities.
- Lead Salesforce application architecture, technical design, and development efforts across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and Knowledge.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing support, and ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, promote Salesforce development best practices, and support continuous improvement of coding standards and DevOps processes.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.
- Extensive experience designing and developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, JavaScript, and Lightning Design System.
- Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and DevOps tools including Git, Jenkins, JIRA, ANT Migration Tool, Change Sets, and Force.com IDE.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of information technology experience, including at least 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and customization across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, Knowledge, and Salesforce Lightning migrations.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Administrator, or Platform App Builder are preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting Salesforce applications, integrations, and production environments.
- Experience with ETL and integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Informatica Cloud is preferred.
- Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal government agencies is preferred.
