About the role

Part-Time Facility Security Officer (FSO) ATI has a current need for a Part-Time Facility Security Officer (FSO).
401(k) plan immediately vesting with up to 4% employer match.
Conduct initial security briefings, annual refresher trainings, and debriefings for departing employees.

Must be a US citizen and must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance
Candidate must be able to work independently in a secure or sensitive environment.
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of experience as an FSO, Assistant FSO, or Security Specialist.

Completion of the CDSE Facility Security Officer (FSO) certification for Possessing/Non-Possessing Facilities is highly preferred.

In-depth knowledge of DISS, NISS, e-QIP / NBIS, and standard clearance workflows.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in security software, access control platforms, and standard Microsoft Office / Workspace tools.
High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
Pay Range: $35.00-$40.00/hour depending on experience.
Working Hours: Flexible part-time schedule (approx. 15 to 20 hours per week).
