Responsibilities
- Test drive vehicles to ensure they run smoothly.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively and efficiently resolve customer conflicts.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Clean driving record - background and drug testing required.
- Monroe Tractor is a well-known and respected construction equipment and agricultural equipment dealer with over 70 years of experience servicing the northeastern US.
- Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to communicate objectives, and feedback, and manage through influence.
- Ability to develop strong business relationships.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation and closing skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of various correction signals used in Precision Technology Systems preferred.
- 2+ years of work experience in related Construction/Agriculture positions preferred.
Compensation
- $60,000 - $90,000 USD

- Coordinating and conducting training sessions on Precision Technology Systems for our employees and our customers.
- Properly complete the service and or repairs necessary to keep customers machines operating.
