About the role

Talen Energy is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist for our fossil power plants located in Baltimore, MD.
The person in this role reports to the Brandon Shores and Wagner Plant Manager.
This is an on-site position based at the Brandon Shores and Wagner plants in Baltimore, MD, with occasional travel to other Talen facilities in the mid-Atlantic region.

Experience working in a power plant or other industrial setting with 24x7 operations.
Experience engaging with a union workforce.
Work Environment
Both office and plant / outdoors.
Occasionally requires working in extreme temperatures.
Requires ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
climb ladders and scaffolds
work from heights and/or on grating.

The expected salary range for this position is $95,000 to $118,000 annually plus bonus.
