Requirements

Working knowledge of Agile / Kanban SDLC methodologies and roles
At least 2 years of BFSI domain experience

Nice to have

Experience with Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot
LLM Application Development, RAG, LangChain
MLOps and Model Deployment
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Bachelor's degree or beyond and 10 years or more work experience in related roles
Extensive experience with Java, Python, React, JQuery, Node.JS, Spark, Spring Frameworks, Kafka, MQ, PLSQL, API, etc.
Agile/Kanban methodology training and experience
Proficient with planning tools MS Project, Excel, PPT
