Responsibilities
- Enable engineering teams to deliver within project outlines and timelines.
- Remove project obstacles and develop solutions with the team.
- Build strong relationships with inside and outside stakeholders,
- Work with Product Owners to maintain product backlogs across departments.
Nice to have
- Run project and team meetings, including team stand ups, sprint and project retrospectives.
- Facilitate meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing.
- Identify silos, find requirement gaps, and groom teams' behaviour through excellent communication via project management methodologies.
- Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- regular reports and burn down charts to track progress and measure productivity.
- Important to have daily/frequent communication with hiring manager (Director of Technology) and prioritize tech debt, infrastructure, and cyber security initiatives with all other business priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Prior experience in a Technical Project Manager role, or in an Agile Project Management role for 5-7 years managing multiple teams and priorities/projects, with cross-team dependencies and collaboration
Skills
- Maximize use of AI tools to expedite the project delivery process.
Compensation
- $130k-$170k
