About the role

  • This posting allows us to engage with top candidates ahead of hiring needs.
  • Facility responsibilities may include cleaning, grounds-keeping, packing and moving office furniture and/or equipment, and handling all work by-products in offices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective preventative maintenance procedures to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
  • Manage equipment and supplies procurement while monitoring inventory levels to minimize shortages.
  • We deliver cutting-edge training, simulation, and critical operations solutions to prepare aviation professionals and defense forces for the moments that matter.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of one or more of the following trades: drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, masonry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or grounds maintenance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

  • Associate degree, 2-year technical degree, or equivalent technical training in a related field.
  • Experience managing facilities within an aviation, training, commercial, industrial, or similar environment.
  • Experience coordinating permits and regulatory requirements for facility projects.
  • Experience supporting facilities budgets, procurement activities, and inventory management.
  • Experience overseeing external contractors and service providers.
