  • While reporting to the shift supervisor you will work in production for our tube and core division and be responsible for working in a quick and safe manner.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to document and maintain machine log. Reporting of quality measurements and metrics. Excellent machine set up skills.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to work overtime when needed**
  • You must have a proven record of success in a fast-paced environment.
  • You must have the ability to work with various teams and have a good eye to spot defects in the packing line.
  • This position will be required to learn and assist all required machine and support 17'' winder equipment set ups.
  • Mechanical skills to operate, set up, and trouble shoot equipment as required will also be needed.
  • This team member will also be required to perform machine preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment related to the carpet yarn line.
  • The technician position will require proficiency level to operate machine on a substitute basis.
  • Ability to interpret and understand Oracle production orders and requirements to enter required Oracle data.
  • Assist other crew members as required - set ups, packaging aspects, quality requirements, and all other related production specs.
