Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-speed packaging equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.
- Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Maintenance teams to support equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate packaging line performance and help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and output.
- Maintain critical spare parts inventory and coordinate calibrations or validations with contractors as assigned.
- Support facility maintenance needs, including structural and exterior repairs, and assist with complex maintenance projects.

- Ability to work around moving mechanical parts and perform tasks at elevated heights when required.

Nice to have
- Five or more years of experience maintaining and operating high-speed packaging equipment is strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required, with bilingual English/Spanish skills and basic refrigeration knowledge preferred.
Compensation
- Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.
