About the role
- The Field Training Specialist conducts both on-site and virtual training for local companies.
- They will work closely with Local Companies, Area Leaders, and Training Services to ensure desired performance outcomes.
- Train employees on WISE, WinZone and Winreports functions.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and follow up help tickets for end users until their issue is resolved.
- Routinely work with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support teams on various projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years working in the wholesale distribution industry.
- Ability to provide attention to detail, thoroughness, and ownership in all duties.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree, or related experience.
- 3+ years of experience using the WISE ERP system.

- Ability to work remotely and travel up to 50% of the time.
Compensation
- Participate in in-person training events such as Annual Meetings, National Training, Regional Training, and MDTP sessions.
