About the role

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing large projects, preferably with exposure to ERPs, CRMs and other enterprise level applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of real estate operations and accounting workflows (e.g., leasing, property management, financial reporting).
  • Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into structured documentation and actionable plans.
  • Experience managing system implementations, upgrades, or integrations, including vendor coordination.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Planner, Azure DevOps etc.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and the ability to adapt delivery approaches.
  • Experience supporting testing cycles (UAT), release management, and production rollouts.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and supporting user adoption in system implementations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Compensation

  • $100,000 - $115,000, based on experience.
  • Our growing residential portfolio includes 31,500 homes that are complete, in design or under construction, from master planned mixed use residential and multifamily, to townhome, rental and single family communities.
