About the role

  • The Product Owner will serve as our ongoing technical product authority, ensuring the organization continually evaluates and adopts technology that meets evolving business needs long after the initial transition is complete.
  • This is a highly technical, strategic role.
  • Final platform and investment decisions are made in partnership with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • EXTERNAL VENDOR & DEVELOPMENT PARTNER MANAGEMENT • Serve as the primary technical liaison with our external development company (Soliant), owning all technical communication, requirements delivery, and feature design direction • The Sr.
  • Champion the adoption strategy and partner with the Sr. Technology & Operations Lead on execution to minimize disruption PRODUCT OWNERSHIP & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Set product priorities and manage trade-offs, ensuring the right technical work is always in flight
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison with our external development company (Soliant), owning all technical communication, requirements delivery, and feature design direction
  • Drive delivery accountability and set clear expectations, critically evaluate estimates, and ensure code and features are delivered to spec
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Technology & Operations Lead on deployment prioritization, budget tracking, and overall vendor engagement
