Requirements
- Experience with open-source tools and agile development environments
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 + years of Experience in a management position for technical teams
- To be successful in this role you have:
- Ability to execute a project based on our priorities, context, risks and desired outcomes
- Advanced working knowledge of test engineering processes and methodologies with a track record of delivering high-quality products at scale while balancing speed and quality
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, cloud platforms, and automation tools.
Nice to have
- Experience In using AI Productivity tools such as Windsurf, Cursor, etc is a plus or nice to have.
Skills
- Establish, standardize and scale strategies and automation frameworks across teams to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Fluency in one or more relevant programming languages (Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
