  • Your responsibilities will include Develop Motors with Whirlpool appliances focusing on Laundry Lead technical developments of motors with key internal X-function stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Accountable for driving New Product Development / Cost & Quality projects for Laundry business with a focus on Laundry Powertrain (Motors & drive system components).
  • Take risk weighted decisions where trade off are needed Lead multiple projects simultaneously & drive them to implementation using the project management tools & closely working with design, product approval, manufacturing, assembling & interface teams.
  • Concept development, design creation, concept evaluation, selection, verification, validation & implementation into production.
