- Sales & Client Partnership Solution Leads - These Stitchers focus on landing new accounts.
- Solution Consultants - Technical experts who work alongside Solution Leads and Client Partners to architect the right approach before the engagement even begins.
- Client Partners - Responsible for driving strategic growth and deepening relationships within a portfolio of accounts.
- Delivery Excellence Technical Architects - They architect and implement end-to-end integrations between Braze and the systems around it - CDPs, CRMs, data warehouses, middleware, and custom APIs.
- Client teams rely on them for architectural guidance, data flow design, and solving the hardest integration challenges.
- Solution Architects - Platform experts who lead the design of sophisticated Braze solutions from requirements through build and handoff.
