About the role

  • Client Care Technicians (CCTs) provide aid, supervision, and protective oversight of clients during assigned shifts.
  • CCTs oversee the self-administration of medication for clients.
  • Monitors and oversees clients' self-administration of medication.

Responsibilities

  • Supports clients' physical and psychological safety.
  • Leads/Co-leads and facilitates groups (as appropriate to licensure)
  • Performs all other duties assigned by supervisor. This could include some light housekeeping duties, conducting inventory, prepping supplies for the next day, etc.

Requirements

  • For residential positions: ability to walk up and down stairs frequently without assistance.
  • 0-4 years experience working in a program serving persons with mental disabilities
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position is $23-25/hour.
