About the role
- Client Care Technicians (CCTs) provide aid, supervision, and protective oversight of clients during assigned shifts.
- CCTs oversee the self-administration of medication for clients.
- Monitors and oversees clients' self-administration of medication.
Responsibilities
- Supports clients' physical and psychological safety.
- Leads/Co-leads and facilitates groups (as appropriate to licensure)
- Performs all other duties assigned by supervisor. This could include some light housekeeping duties, conducting inventory, prepping supplies for the next day, etc.

Requirements
- For residential positions: ability to walk up and down stairs frequently without assistance.
- 0-4 years experience working in a program serving persons with mental disabilities
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $23-25/hour.
