About the role

Serino Coyne is looking for a dynamic Partnerships Assistant to anchor a fast-paced, high-volume department.
To be successful in this role, the Partnerships Assistant should be a highly detail-oriented team player, creative thinker, and excellent communicator.

Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients, partners, and vendors
Manage invitations and ticket requests across all partnership clients
Manage select partnership marketing outreach efforts, including researching, pitching, and building relationships with potential partners
Keep accurate and detailed records of marketing campaigns and maintain a database of marketing contacts, outreach efforts, and past events and activations
Coordinate turnkey marketing campaigns with regular partners like Audience Rewards, group sales offices as well as industry-wide programs like Broadway Week and Kids' Night on Broadway
Liaise with various partners to coordinate brand ambassador needs for partnerships clients

1 year experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, or media related responsibilities (internship experience included)Availability to work occasional evening and weekend events when necessary

 Strong organizational skills
 Ability to think critically and solve problems
 Ability to multi-task and work effectively with various parties to achieve goals
 Excellent writing and communication skills
 Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
 A sense of collaboration and ability to work well with a team
 Interest in theater and the arts preferred
