- As a Change Management Lead, you'll be a trusted advisor to clients, bringing hands-on transformation experience and technology expertise to deliver solutions that drive lasting adoption and results. You'll lead the change management workstream on engagements while managing people and helping grow the practice. Along the way, you'll collaborate with a team
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering change management support across the full Coupa suite (Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Asset Management)
- Lead change management discovery workshops, identify stakeholder impacts, and design appropriate interventions
- Create and execute change management strategies including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management
- Develop and deliver communications and training materials, including job aids and instructor-led trainings
- Develop and Mentor the Team
- Actively support project teams in resolving complex issues
- Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes
- Track record of mentoring junior team members and building strong client relationships
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
Nice to have
- Background in professional services, ideally with a focus in Procurement, Sourcing, and/or Supply Chain Management
- Coupa certification preferred
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred
- Willingness to travel when required by clients during critical milestones, approximately 25-50%
Skills
- Proven project management skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong workshop facilitation and executive-level presentation skills
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
