About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external business partners.
  • Freddie Mac partners with BountyJobs for contingency search business through outside firms.

Requirements

  • College Degree (Accounting, Finance or Business Degree) or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience with loan servicing/mortgage accounting and reviewing loan documents
  • Must be highly analytical with strong attention to detail, judgment, critical thinking, and problem solving
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines on a consistent basis
  • Must be organized and able to multitask to meet competing deadlines
  • Experience in mortgage banking or related financial services industry.
  • Previous experience with processing payoff requests for loans, reviewing multifamily loan documents and Investor Reporting
  • Ensure the Seller/Servicers have uploaded the required payoff document in the Document Management System.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience with loan servicing/mortgage accounting and reviewing loan documents
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to deliver exceptional business results in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Compensation

  • This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $58,000 - $88,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
