About the role
- Its Kodiak Driver is a vehicle-agnostic autonomous driving system that combines AI-powered software with modular hardware.
- Today it operates in long-haul trucking, industrial trucking, and defense.
- In 2024, Kodiak launched commercial Driver-as-a-Service operations with no one in the cab, and plans to launch driverless long-haul service between Dallas and Houston by the end of 2026.
Responsibilities
- Strong B2C UX/design experience, demonstrating an ability to build highly usable interfaces for teleoperations and human-in-the-loop workflows, including for non-technical users
- Kodiak is seeking a highly skilled and intrapreneurial Senior Product Manager to drive the development of our Assisted Autonomy (AA) solution.
- Because this role involves both software and hardware, it requires a unique blend of technical depth, B2C UX/design sensibility, and rigorous execution.

Requirements
- Technical degree (master's degree or above in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field) or equivalent practical work experience
Compensation
- California Pay Range
- $180,000 - $200,000 USD
