About the role
- The company has developed an artificial intelligence (AI) powered technology stack purpose-built for commercial trucking and the public sector.
- In 2024, Kodiak became the first known company to publicly announce delivering a driverless semi-truck to a customer.
- AA allows a human to remotely control a truck in certain low-speed and clearly-defined scenarios that benefit from human involvement.
Responsibilities
- Drive product improvements across both software interfaces (job dispatch, telestation capabilities) and physical hardware integrations.

Nice to have
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in environments that blend software and hardware
- Ability to think deeply and communicate clearly about data and KPIs, and how they inform product prioritization
- Technical degree (master's degree or above in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field) or equivalent practical work experience
- Prior experience in assisted autonomy, autonomous vehicles (AV), or robotics
- Startup experience
Compensation
- California Pay Range
- $180,000 - $220,000 USD
