The HR Coordinator is part of the Branch Administrative team and reports directly Chief Executive Officer.

College diploma or University degree in a related field preferred Ability to work in fast paced, team-oriented work environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills required Experience with report preparation and strong data entry skills Good written and verbal communication skills Payroll experience, at least 1 year, supporting full-cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees in Canada required Professionalism in performance of duties Valid Driver's License
Duties: Payroll Duties:
Process payroll bi-weekly for Salaried, Hourly and Casual Staff
Onboard employees into payroll, verifying new hire documentation for accuracy and completeness and providing relevant assistance to employees as required
Verify and reconcile all employee submitted timesheets for accuracy and completeness and follow up as required
Process and monitor payroll related deductions
Monitor sick, vacation, and other leave balances
Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations, tax laws, labour laws, and ensure compliance with payroll processing
Benefit administration including enrollment, maintenance and benefit termination
Assist with T4 preparation
