About the role

Design comprehensive technical solutions that address complex business challenges and identify architectural improvements across multiple technology domains
Evaluate and optimize solution architectures to improve performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of technology implementations
Support business development and account growth by contributing solution architecture expertise to pipeline development and strategic planning initiatives
Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability clearance.
The Solutions Architect will design and deliver comprehensive technical solutions that bridge business requirements with scalable, secure technology implementations.
This role will collaborate closely with government stakeholders, lead solution design across multiple projects, and drive architectural excellence while identifying opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other comparable degree or experience.
10+ years of experience in development, DevSecOps, AI/ML engineering, and technical architecture, including 3 years in designing and deploying enterprise cloud applications with AI/ML on AWS.
Strong solution architecture experience with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs and guide cross-functional teams through implementation.
Experience leading application modernization initiatives, including decomposition of monolithic systems, legacy platform decommissioning, and migration to service-oriented or microservices architectures.
Experience designing and implementing real-time data streaming architectures using Apache Kafka or other types of message brokers for high-throughput, fault-tolerant event processing and data pipeline integration.
Experience architecting search and analytics solutions using the Elastic stack and/or Amazon OpenSearch.

SALARY RANGE: $175,000 - $240,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
