- You'll be a key point of contact throughout the estate planning process: coordinating signing appointments, working with clients' other advisors, and making sure every client has a smooth, positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct signing appointments for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the estate planning process Communicate with financial advisors, wealth managers, accountants, and other professionals Schedule meetings and follow-ups, and keep client matters moving on schedule Track matter status and maintain organized, current client files Assist attorneys with document preparation, proofreading, and review Respond promptly to client inquiries with professionalism and warmth
