About the role

  • This individual contributor role is part of the EOR (Employer of Record) Operations team.
  • As a critical extension of our clients' HR teams, EOR Ops team members navigate and advise on the intricate paths of global employment with unmatched speed, expertise, and precision in over 90+ countries.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the operations process documents and be able to find automation possibilities to streamline process

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively across various tech tools
  • You are a manager of one
