Nice to have

  • Illiquid Asset Due Diligence Handle client and advisor inquiries and respond to process and potential tax implication related to contributions of illiquid and other complex noncash assets.
  • Facilitate the transfer, acceptance, and liquidation of approved noncash asset contributions, and track these activities within a CRM system to monitor, assess, and report on workflow.
  • Prepare new and/or updated existing procedures and job aids to guide due diligence reviews and enhance operational excellence.
  • Draft new client-facing articles and presentation decks, as requested.
  • Planned giving and/or law firm (or equivalent transactional) experience highly preferred, including but not limited to: tax planning
  • exempt organizations
  • corporate transactions and estate planning
  • financial services/wealth management

Compensation
