Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate interviews, assessing cultural fit, technical skills, and alignment with job requirements.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing consultative guidance on sourcing strategies and market insights.
  • Drive and enhance diversity recruiting strategies to build an inclusive workforce.
  • Use performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize time-to-fill results.
  • The Talent Acquisition Lead partners with corporate leaders to design and implement forward-thinking recruitment strategies that address both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent goals.
  • In addition to filling open positions, the Talent Acquisition Lead plays a critical role in shaping the overall recruiting function.
  • The role drives improvements in efficiency, candidate experience, and employer branding while ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Requirements

  • College or university degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years related to full cycle recruitment for corporate, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring in fast-paced retail or customer service environments.
  • Proven success in recruiting and sourcing for a wide range of roles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present recruiting metrics and insights to leadership team.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with labor market trends, competitive intelligence, and evolving recruitment technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, stakeholders, and competing priorities.

Compensation
