Responsibilities
- Own and deliver P&L performance including revenue, margin, and cost structure
- Drive long-term growth strategy and financial planning
- Define pricing strategy and manage forecasting and demand planning
- Manage full product lifecycle from concept through commercialization
- Lead technology strategy and product development execution
- Lead and develop team
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales
- Drive execution excellence and accountability across the organization
- Build and drive aggressive growth strategy
- Lead product launches and demand generation
