About the role
- Senior Finance Associate Pay Status and Classification: Exempt, Regular Full-time, Hybrid.
- This position is not eligible for relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.
- The expectation for this role is that the selected candidate will be available to work onsite and in person.
Responsibilities
- Support in maintaining reporting templates, dashboards, and input sheets used for budgeting and financial analysis of campus operations.
- The Senior Finance Associate provides support to the Finance Department in managing various accounting, budgeting, reporting and audit support functions.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- 2-3 years of experience in an accounting, financial planning and analysis or other finance support role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Compensation
- The annual salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000.
- Except for roles with a set rate of pay, the wage/salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training.
- The stated hiring rate/range represents the College's good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate/range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
