Requirements
- The ability to critically review, test, and harden AI-generated code before it ships.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Deep production experience with C#/.NET, SQL Server, and web application development.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks, including maintaining or modernizing legacy frontends.
Nice to have
- experience with LLM APIs, MCP servers, or building internal AI tooling.
- Preferred: experience with LLM APIs, MCP servers, or building internal AI tooling.
Skills
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and hold AI-generated code to the same review standard as human-written code.
- Operate independently, setting priorities and goals while continuing to learn and grow technically.
- Backend: C# on modern.NET and.NET Framework in a multi-tier service architecture.
- Microsoft SQL Server, including schema projects and idempotent migration scripts.
- Docker, Jenkins CI/CD, and cloud-hosted deployment.
