About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience creating content for a fast-growing fintech company while working closely with our executive leadership and marketing team.
In this role, you'll help capture, produce, and distribute video content featuring our CEO, employees, and brand.
From educational YouTube videos to behind-the-scenes moments and viral short-form content, you'll play a key role in Lower's presence across social media platforms.

Create engaging short-form content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to continuously improve content quality and performance.
Stay current on social media trends, emerging platforms, editing techniques, and best practices to help Lower create compelling content.
This is an ideal opportunity for a student or early-career creative looking to build a professional portfolio while executing modern content creation strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Experience shooting and editing video content through coursework, internships, freelance work, or personal projects.
Proficiency with cameras, production, basic lighting and audio equipment.
Experience with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Familiarity with AI-assisted editing platforms such as Descript, Opus Clip, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar technologies.
Working Knowledge of long-form and short-form social content strategies.
Basic knowledge of framing, lighting, storytelling, pacing, and audio quality.
