About the role

You should be equally comfortable evaluating an integration decision, setting channel mix strategy, and translating marketing data into recommendations for the SLT.

Own the MarTech roadmap and architecture across Marketo, 6Sense, Qualified, Webflow, and the ad platform stack, defining how systems integrate and how data flows end to end
Build and lead a Marketing Operations team that administers and governs the MarTech stack, and co-owns Webflow with the Web/Brand team
Own the integrated paid and owned digital channel strategy, setting channel mix, investment priorities, and performance targets
Own CompanyCam's marketing data strategy, including the data model and data integrity across Marketing's systems
Lead the marketing website development team, owning the engineering roadmap, sprint process, and release/QA process for the marketing site
Lead and develop the Director of Growth Operations, Sr. Marketing Optimization Manager, Marketing Operations team, and website development team
